African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) is a non-profit international conservation organization that focuses on critically important landscapes in Africa. With funding from the European Union (EU), AWF is implementing a project entitled Partnership for improved anti-poaching and compatible land use in community lands of the Lower Zambezi-Mana Pools Transboundary Conservation Area in Zimbabwe.
AWF Zimbabwe Country Office is seeking pre-qualification of interested reputable and qualified companies that meet the below requirements for the supply and delivery of goods and services through its subsequent tender, Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ). Detailed RFPs and RFQs will be shared with bidders who would have met mandatory criteria as the need arises.

All documents required by this EOI must be sent to the above address not later than 5:00 pm (Zimbabwe Time) on October 30, 2018 in a sealed envelope. Bidders must sign the bid submission register and must clearly indicate the Pre-qualification No for the category they are applying for.
Applications for each Pre-qualification No should be submitted separately. Email documents and submissions will not be accepted. Issuance of this EOI in no way constitutes a commitment by AWF to award a contract.
AWF designee will answer any questions up to 5:00 pm on October 30, 2018 in relation to this EOI; hence any request for clarification should be addressed to the Procurement Officer via [email protected]
This call for EOI does not amount to a commitment on the part of AWF and nothing in this EOI shall be construed as a form a binding legal contract.
AWF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the proposals without any obligation to inform the affected applicants of the ground for the acceptance or rejection. The potential subsequent procurement will be governed by the AWF Procurement Policy and Procedures
