Sharize Odongo joined African Wildlife Foundation in 2019 as an intern and now serves as Youth Program Assistant. She grew her passion for conservation during an internship at the U.N. Environment Program in Nairobi. In her current role she supports the development of a youth strategy and a strong and sustainable youth program portfolio for AWF. Sharize holds a BA degree in International Relations (Honors) with a minor in Criminal Justice from the United States International University-Africa. She also has several certifications including Commonwealth Open Source Leaders 2019 and is a British Council Future Leaders Connect 2019 Finalist.
