Senior Program Manager, Conservation Enterprise (Africa)
AWF currently seeks to hire a Senior Program Manager, Conservation Enterprise (Africa) to be based in its offices Headquarter Offices in Nairobi, Kenya. The successful applicant will report to the Vice President, Program Operations. Working very closely with the Associate Conservation Enterprise Director, this new position will have primary day- to-day operational responsibility for designing, developing and monitoring conservation enterprise investments for AWF across Eastern, Central, Western and Southern Africa. The successful applicant will also be required to support development of the African Wildlife Fund (AWC) – working directly with the Investment Manager.

Program Design Officer
AWF currently seeks to hire a qualified and enthusiastic Program Design Officer (PDO) to be based in Livingstone, Zambia with frequent travel to Lusaka and to the field work sites across Zambia and more widely. The PDO will be responsible, in close collaboration with the Senior Director for Programme Design and Knowledge Management, for raising funds from bi- and multi-lateral government donors, and for major aspects of donor relationship management, for AWF’s work in Southern Africa, particularly with a focus on its Zambezi and Kazungula Heartlands (includes areas of Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Botswana and Namibia). This position will work closely the Regional Director and field based implementation teams, as well as the other members of the nine person Programme Design team and will report directly to the Vice President Program Design and Knowledge Management.

Climate Change Program Manager
AWF currently seeks to hire a Climate Change Manager to be based in its Headquarter Offices in Nairobi. Reporting to the Chief Scientist and Lands Director, this position will lead the AWF Climate Change Program and manage the technical design, funding and implementation of a portfolio of climate change monitoring, mitigation and adaptation projects. S/he will participate in strategic, national and international climate change policy processes and prepare written technical reports for internal and external audiences.

Internship Program
AWF periodically has openings for interns in our Washington, DC office to assist in our Communications, Development, Program, Membership, Finance, Human Resources and Administration departments. AWF provides a platform for interns to expand their knowledge of African conservation issues, apply academic knowledge in real life situations, and learn new skills that will enhance their careers.
Interns have the flexibility to work up to a maximum of 40 hours depending on the organization's needs and the students' schedule.

Online Communications Intern, Washington, DC USA
The African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) has an immediate opening for a qualified Online Communications Intern to work in the Marketing Department. The Online Communications Intern will work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented department in order to support AWF's online development and marketing goals. Reporting to the Vice President for Philanthropy and Marketing, AWF's Marketing Department is responsible for creating, communicating, and delivering products and services that demonstrate the impact of AWF's work, increase AWF's visibility in both the public and philanthropic realms, and spur new support for AWF's mission. In support of this mandate, the Online Communications Intern will help manage our web content, social media presence, and digital assets.

Business Process Documentation Intern, Washington, DC USA
The African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) has an immediate opening for a Business Process Documentation Intern. Working directly with the CFO, the Intern will be responsible for creating written documentation of policies and procedures for AWF's finance department, and a user guide for AWF's newly implemented financial management systems. The ideal candidate will be someone who can quickly understand a process and then accurately reflect that through clear text, diagrams and graphics.
