Jane Otieno is a Kenyan Conservation Biology Enthusiast majoring in Conservation and Management of Biological Resources. Currently working as a Policy and Partnerships Officer for the African Wildlife Foundation focusing on strengthening CSOs' engagement in biodiversity conservation. Jane's contributions were instrumental in organizing the inaugural Africa Protected Areas Congress (APAC). She continues to play a key role in coordinating post-APAC engagements to implement the Kigali Call to Action. She is currently a Charles R. Wall Cohort 2 Policy Fellow undergoing the intensive program to enhance her leadership and negotiation skills in International Environmental Governance.
