Help Equip Scouts in the Regional Parc W Heartland

In launching the Regional Parc W Heartland in West Africa, AWF donated uniforms, bicycles and GPS units to Parc W/Niger’s cadre of 20 eco-guards--highly skilled guards who carry out anti-poaching operations, monitor ecological changes within the park and protect vital habitat.

Parc W/Niger is one of the three parks that fall within the 2 million hectare Parc W Heartland—a vast transboundary complex that reaches into Burkina Faso, Benin and Niger. AWF is working closely with all three national park authorities to build capacity and strengthen park patrols.

Help provide Parc W scouts with the basic equipment and resources they need to do their jobs on which the region’s wildlife depend. A small gift from you can go a long way.

Your gift now will support AWF’s work throughout the African continent and ensure Africa’s wildlife and wild lands endure forever.
