CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: CONSULTANCY FOR A NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND SYSTEMS OPTIONS FOR AN INTEGRATED PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND MEL SYSTEM.
African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) invites qualified consultants (individuals or firms) to conduct an institutional needs assessment. The consultant will also recommend system options for an integrated Project Management and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system. The assessment must be vendor-neutral.
Duration: 8–10 weeks
Key requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field
At least 8 years' experience in enterprise IT, business systems and information management
Experience with international NGOs and donor-funded programmes
Experience leading digital transformation or process-simplification initiatives
