JRS Biodiversity Foundation supports its parters to increase access and use of information that will lead to greater biodiversity conservation and more sustainable development in sub-Saharan Africa. With support from JRS Biodiversity Foundation, AWF is strengthening biodiversity monitoring and open data sharing in Gola Rainforest National Park (Sierra Leone) and the Kilombero Valley (Tanzania), addressing critical data gaps in two global biodiversity hotspots. The initiative is establishing a lasting network of trained professionals and scalable monitoring systems to support long‑term, data‑driven conservation.
