African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) invites qualified media agencies to submit proposals for the provision of Media Agency Consultancy Services in support of AWF’s strategic communications objectives across Africa and globally.
The selected agency will support AWF in enhancing its media presence, increasing share of voice, strengthening thought leadership, expanding podcast and influencer engagement, and supporting country-level media outreach across AWF’s focal landscapes.
We are seeking agencies with demonstrated expertise in pan-African media relations, influencer engagement, strategic communications, media monitoring and analytics, and thought leadership positioning. Experience in the conservation, environment, or development sectors will be an added advantage.

Interested firms are requested to submit the following:
A technical proposal outlining their understanding of the assignment, proposed methodology, and team composition.
A company profile and CVs of the proposed team members.
At least two examples of comparable assignments, including successful influencer engagement or media campaigns.
A detailed financial proposal with a clear breakdown of costs.
