Request for Proposals: Interactive Knowledge Management Platform for the APAD Network

The platform will use an AI agent/RAG architecture to give Protected Area Directors real-time, source-grounded access to training reports, best practices, and conservation governance data — integrated with the existing APAD website.
Who should apply: Consultants or firms with 8–10+ years' experience in backend/frontend platform development, AI agent and RAG architecture, and web CMS integration, ideally with prior work on KM tools for NGOs or pan-African institutions.
