The Africa Protected Area Directors Network (APAD) a continental platform bringing together leaders of protected area authorities across Africa is seeking to engage a consultant to support the development of its Strategic Plan for the period ending 2030.
APAD's Secretariat is hosted by the African Wildlife Foundation (AWF). The strategic planning process will run from August 2026 to March 2027 through virtual consultations, culminating in validation and endorsement of the Strategic Plan at the APAD Conference in March 2027.
The engaged consultant will be expected to:
Facilitate the strategic planning process; and
Support the development of the Strategic Plan.
